East Antrim District team won the Northern Ireland U15 District Cup at the Mid
Ulster Arena in Cookstown with wins over Belfast, Derry and Mid Ulster Schools.

past 30 years.
The Under 14 district team have just returned from the Dublin Cup. The boys played some of the best teams from Southern Ireland and put in some creditable performances. This experience should stand them in good stead for the Northern Ireland District Cup which kicks off in the new term.

no match for the physical power of the Southern side, the boys can still be
proud of their effort and commitment over the three days as they put in some
exceptional displays even against teams that were two years older than them..

Need for Results to be submitted!
Could I remind all schools that results are supposed to have been sent in within a week of scheduled games, an email should also have been sent in the case of postponements. It was agreed that the AGM that results not submitted would go down as void therefore teams would not get the points of if it was a cup game teams would be excluded.Bearing the above in mind could all schools check the website to ensure that all cup and league results are correct and up to date and notify me of any problems. I aim to have website fully up to date by next Friday 30th January and any games that were due to be played prior to that date will go down as void unless schools contact me with alternative arrangements.
District team lose out to Mid Ulster
The
district team have been knocked out of the NI Cup in what was a tough away draw
to a strong Mid Ulster team who are highly fancied to win the competition this
year. The game was even enough with both teams having good chances before the
home team took the lead with 20 minutes gone, East Antrim worked hard with Adam
Irwin hitting a post with the keeper beaten but it wasn't to be their day.
